Find a New Job at Infostud

Over 80% of employees in Serbia claims not to be happy at their current job post. However, switching jobs ranks as one of the most stressful life events according to a number of international studies. So, how does one motivate individuals to consider and attempt at looking for a new, more fitting job?

For Infostud, the leading job seeking platform in Serbia, we launched a series of hilarious videos featuring famous protagonists in hypothetical situations: what would have happened if they had not switched their first jobs and become those we know and love. Celebs were a positive example to follow, and we handpicked precisely those who have mastered the courage to change a job at some point. The campaign featured Neda Ukraden (singer, former law student), Marko Šelić Marčelo (writer, former tattoo master) and Dejan Pantelić (host, former bakery worker).

Amplifying the irresistibly funny clips provoking laughter (and a few tears!), were social media posts and billboards located specially placed to reach maximum effect, and attract both media and public attention.
