McCann Beograd and Yugoslav Drama Theatre created an unusual and innovative viral campaign!
Disguised actors drove taxi cabs and told their unsuspecting passengers unbelievable dramatic stories about murders, death treats and crazy family issues. Only at the end of the ride, shocked costumers discovered that the stories were actually plots from Shakespeare’s “Othello”, and “Merchant of Venice”, as well as Dostoevsky’s classic “Crime and the punishment”. They were invited to theatre plays and rewarded with free tickets.
