I&F MCCANN GRUPA RECOGNISED BY THE SERBIAN ASSOCIATION OF MANAGERS FOR BEST REGIONAL PROJECT

The annual award ceremonies, held by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM), has just taken place and recognition given to those individuals and companies who achieved great business successes in the year 2013.

In the category, ”Best Regional Project“, third place was given to I&F McCann Grupa, for our success in regional business and for our presence in eight markets across South East Europe. The strengthening of the group’s regional organisation testifies to our devotion to promoting of the idea of ‘connecting’ and of the mutual performance of our region. Top prize in the same category was given to Oil Industries of Serbia (NIS), for their project relating to gas stations in the region, while the runner-up was Nektar.

The Serbian Association of Managers applied a series of criteria in order to make a qualified decision: visionary thinking; promotion of the region as a destination for investments; and the creation of a regional brand. I&F McCann Grupa was identified as a regional leader in the area of market communications, and as a company who has been cooperating for years with international, regional, and local companies on the regional market. Responsibility, knowledge, creativity, commitment and professionalism have provided regional leadership in cooperation with our Clients: The Coca-Cola Company, Carlsberg, Johnson&Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, Raiffeisenbank, Danube Foods Group, Omega Pharm, for all agencies members of I&F McCann Grupa. Regional cooperation with our clients among other criteria was the key one for this recognition.

The regional success is also reflected through the recognitions that were awarded this year to the members of the I&F McCann Grupa at the BalCannes festival in Rovinj, and Golden Drum and SEMPL in Portorož. As lecturers, moderators, and panellists, the managers of I&F McCann Grupa participated in numerous professional conventions, conferences, and panels.

The aim of these annual awards is to promote a business environment for managers, to further professionalise managerial work, as well as to affirm the companies, managers, educational institutions and journalists who are advocates of better business conditions and generally of a better life for all citizens. I&F McCann Grupa have been member of the Serbian Association of Managers since 2008. Bearing in mind that one of SAM’s goals is also the improvement of regional economic cooperation, the fact that we are contributing to the promotion and development of the Serbian and regional economy was a decisive factor in winning this prestigious recognition.
