In order to promote Raiffeisen bank Serbia cash loans, we created a special Facebook page called “Buca and Ljupče” https://www.facebook.com/BucaiLjupce, where using text, photography and video posts we follow two sparrows through different adventures as they comment on current events and promote bank services in an entertaining and highly untypical communication for banks. Unlike the official Facebook page, which is used for standardized advertising of services and products, Buca and Ljupče communicate more directly and humorously, which led to further interaction with users. Beside coming up with the creative framework for Buca and Ljupče’s page, we implement creative solutions for content and serve as page Administrators.
A large number of likes and lively active conversation with audience on daily basis contributed to the positive shift in the public perception of the brand, but also provided tangible business results for the client (combined with other communication elements) – the 27% increase of cash loan sales in comparison to months prior to the campaign.
